4. Order Processing and Delivery:
– Order Preparation Time: Estimated order preparation time is around 2-3 business days. Orders will be ready for pickup or shipping by the end of this timeframe.

– Shipping Time: Delivery times vary based on destination and shipping method. Please allow additional time for shipping, which can range from 1-5 business days after order preparation depending on your location.

– Estimated Delivery Dates: We will provide estimated delivery dates based on our processing and shipping timelines. Please note that these dates are estimates and may be subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control.
 
5. Quality Assurance:
– SnapStruct guarantees that our products will be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of delivery or pickup.

– The customer acknowledges that by signing for receipt and approval, they have inspected the product and confirmed it meets the expected quality standards.
 
6. Cancellation:
Customer Cancellation:
– If your order has not yet entered the processing phase, you can cancel it directly from your account dashboard by going to “My Account” > “Orders” and selecting the cancel option.

– If your order has already entered the processing phase, please contact the SnapStruct team immediately to request cancellation.

– Orders may be subject to a 15% cancellation fee once processing has begun.

Company Cancellation:
– In rare instances, we may be unable to fulfill an order due to unforeseen circumstances.

– We reserve the right to cancel an order and provide a full refund in such cases.

– Refunds will be processed in the original payment method within five (5) business days.
 
7. Refund Policy:
– Full Refunds: SnapStruct will issue full refunds for cancellations initiated by us.

– Refund Processing Time: Refunds may take up to five (5) business days to appear on your account.

– Refund Amount: Refunds will be issued based on the customer’s request, minus any applicable cancellation fees or terms as outlined in this agreement.
 
8. Customer Responsibilities:
– Customers are fully responsible for verifying compliance with local building codes for their orders.

– Customers must inform SnapStruct of any specific requirements during order placement.

– Confirmation will be based on our ability to meet these requirements.

– Customers are responsible for conducting due diligence to ensure the suitability of ordered products for their intended use.

Order Accuracy:
For custom orders, customers are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their order details, including but not limited to:
– Measurements
– Materials
-Design specifications
-Quantities

– Verification: Customers must verify the accuracy of their order details before submitting their order. SnapStruct will not be responsible for errors or discrepancies in customer-provided information.

– Contact Information: Customers must provide accurate contact information to facilitate communication.
 
9. Dispute Resolution:
– Process: In the event of a dispute, customers must first contact SnapStruct in writing via email to resolve the issue amicably. If resolution cannot be reached, alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation or arbitration may be considered before proceeding to litigation.

Governing Law: This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Calgary, Alberta, Canada for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement.
 
10. Limitation of Liability:
– Damages: In no event will SnapStruct be liable for any consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising from the sale or use of our products.

– Liability Cap: SnapStruct’s total liability for any damages will be limited to the amount of the purchase price.

– Third-Party Products/Services: SnapStruct shall not be liable for any damages or losses caused by third-party products or services, including but not limited to:
– Defects or malfunctions
– Incompatibility issues
– Failure to meet specifications
– Delayed or incomplete delivery
– No Warranty: SnapStruct makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the quality,
performance, or suitability of third-party products or services.
 
11. Force Majeure:
– SnapStruct shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, strikes, or other events of force majeure.
 
12. Severability:
– If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to be in full force and effect.
 
13. Amendments:
– SnapStruct reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time without prior written notice. Your continued use of our website constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms. We recommend periodically reviewing this page for updates.

14. Electronic Communications:

15. Entire Agreement:
